No Refunds After Delivery Has Begun

NB3 is a diagnostic, insight-led service. Once the process has started (including intake review or the first session), fees are non-refundable.

72-Hr Cooling Off Period

Clients may request a full refund within 72 hours of booking, provided no work has commenced.

Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled for free provided there is at least 72hrs notice from the scheduled appointment. Sessions rescheduled with less than 72hrs notice are subject to a €100 administration fee. If you miss a session without notice, this can be rescheduled subject to a €200 administration fee.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (serious illness, emergency), rescheduling may be offered at discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

NB3 provides forensic clarity, strategic direction, and recommendations.
Implementation and outcomes depend on the client and any third-party practitioners engaged.
